Landing pages and a lead system for a dental clinic

Two landing pages for two treatment tracks, and a purpose built lead management system that replaces the spreadsheet where the clinic's leads used to sit.

Lead system in daily use at the clinic since October 4, 2026

The challenge

Leads from the clinic's ads landed in a spreadsheet, and most of them stopped there. At the same time, the clinic wanted dedicated pages for two treatment tracks instead of an instant form inside the ad platform.

What I did

  1. Built two landing pages, one for zirconia crowns and one for implants and implant supported restoration. The copy is grounded in the clinic's own site and was checked against Israel's advertising regulations for dentists.
  2. Studied ten high end clinic websites abroad and turned them into three design directions per page (cinema, bento, case files), published so the clinic could choose.
  3. Built a dedicated lead system rather than an off the shelf CRM: multiple users, permissions per user, and an import of the historical leads with the clinic's own statuses.
  4. Connected every inbound channel: ad form leads are pulled every 5 minutes, the landing pages post directly, and comments on ads get their own tab with a direct link to reply.
  5. Added push notifications to the phone for every new lead and comment, and a two page PDF summary for the manager that compares against the previous period and never shows names or phone numbers.

The decision that made the difference

No lead is ever left hanging. Every move to an open status (new, no answer, in progress) requires a callback time. "Not relevant" requires a reason. "Appointment set" requires a date and closes the lead. The problem with the spreadsheet was never unwillingness to call back. It was that nothing reminded anyone. Once a status can't be saved without defining the next step, follow up happens on its own. From the moment an appointment is set, the lead moves to the clinic's practice management system and leaves mine, so the same patient never lives in two places.

What came out of it

  • The system has been live since October 4, 2026, and the clinic staff use it day to day.
  • Ad comments have been flowing into the system since October 15, 2026.
  • The landing pages are live in three design directions and post straight into the lead system.

Start with what you already have

An existing site that does not bring in inquiries, or an idea for a site that is not built yet. A link or one sentence is enough, and on the call I will tell you what I would build, and whether you need anything built at all.

Let's talk

The first call is free. You get an answer by the end of the next business day, Israel time.
