Dr. Nadlan
real estate news straight from the official source
isnews.co.il
A Hebrew real estate news site edited by a licensed appraiser, where every item rests on an official government publication rather than a newspaper story.
30 approved news items, each tied to an official source

The challenge
The owner wanted a real estate news site of his own. A news site that rewrites newspapers adds nothing for the reader, and Google demotes that kind of content at scale anyway. The audience, professionals and investors, needs to know what changed and who it opens a door for, with no gossip and no investment advice.
What I did
- Set one rule the whole site rests on: every item is based on an official publication (an announcement, a report, an index, a council decision or a tender), linked at the bottom.
- Every item has a claims file: each fact in the text is pinned to a verbatim quote from the publication. An item that fails the check does not go up.
- Gave each item a "what it means" box written for professionals and investors: what changes, who gains an option, what to check.
- Built the site on the owner's own domain, in the "block and parcel" design he picked from three directions, with a data and indices page, an archive, a news sitemap for Google and an accessibility menu built in house with no third party.
- Wrote a public editorial policy, plus privacy, terms and accessibility pages, before the site opened to Google.
The decision that made the difference
Official sources only. I gave up, from day one, on the financial press, the easy way to fill a news site. Instead: government ministries, the Israel Land Authority, the urban renewal authority, the Central Bureau of Statistics and open tenders. It's slower, but every item is primary information that can be checked, and that is what a professional actually needs.
What came out of it
- The site opened to Google on October 10, 2026 at isnews.co.il.
- As of November 8, 2026 the content folder holds 30 approved items and 6 more that passed review.
