I am Oren Mintz, and for over 15 years I have been running Meta and Google campaigns for businesses in Israel and anywhere else. There are no juniors and no account managers: the person you talk to on the first call is the person who will be in your account the next day. The ad accounts, data, audiences and creative are in your business's name. If we part ways, there is nothing to hand over.

What I do
- Build and run the account.
Campaign structure, audiences, budget and ads, on Google and Meta, for leads, sales or bookings.
- Open assets on your side.
If an account or a pixel is missing, I connect to you remotely, open it on your side, and give myself admin access.
- Choose the attribution window for the campaign.
A promotion with a date is read on a short window, and a business with a long decision cycle is read differently. And I explain what I compared against.
- Measure in money.
Sometimes it turns out you should push a different product, even at a smaller margin, because that is the one that grows the business and lets you raise the budget.
The ad account, business page, pixel, audiences, designs and creative are in your business's name. Always.
I have worked with clinics and hotels, ecommerce stores and institutions, and also with dog trainers, hair salons, interior designers, contractors and visual artists. The industry matters less. What matters is a product that already sells, a rough idea of your gross margin, and access to your actual sales data.
A monthly retainer, and in some cases a percentage of sales. No setup fee and no lock in. What fits gets decided on the call.
I do not edit video and I am not a producer. In most cases I build the ads from the material your business already has, photos and video. When there is no material, I generate new creative with AI tools, and I am the one who decides what goes live. If what the job actually needs is a real shoot or high end editing, I will say so and connect you to someone who does that.
