App development

An app that starts from the complaints about its competitors

I build iPhone and Android apps from one codebase, from research through to app store submission. Before planning a single screen, I read what users write about the apps already out there, and look for where they fail. That is where the edge is, and that is also where the pricing comes from.

The first call is free. You get an answer by the end of the next business day, Israel time. One sentence about the idea is enough. If the research shows the category is taken, I will tell you before we start building.

None of the apps shown here are in the app stores yet. Two are in development and testing, two have a working prototype, and one is at the spec stage. Each one is labeled with its stage, so it is clear what already works and what is still on the way.

What I do

  • Research before code.

Searches on app store data and reading reviews, to find where the leaders are weak and what users are willing to pay for.

  • Pricing around the natural moment.

What is free and what is paid, with a preference for a one time purchase. A subscription only when there is a real, ongoing cost.

  • A backend and sharing that work across platforms.

Permissions on every table, and sharing between users that works between iPhone and Android too.

  • Testing before every release.

A check against Apple's and Google's guidelines before submission, and a full test round on both devices, including two phones sharing the same data.

The Apple and Google developer accounts, the code, the server and the domain are in your name. The app goes out to the stores under your name.

I work with AI tools, and I am the one directing them and making the calls: what gets built, how it looks, and when a version is good enough to ship.
